AICL students are highly recognized by the Industry

In February 2007, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, one of Australia’s leading law firms located in the Sydney CBD,
approached AICL to look for students who would like to do a year’s Hospitality industry placement.
It’s a great opportunity for AICL hospitality students, especially for the ones who have completed Certificate III
in Commercial Cookery in AICL’s partner TAFE NSW-Sydney Institute.

Most of AICL Hospitality students are now working part-time in the industry, some of them even become supervisors or
head Chefs in the restaurants. Their professionalism and expertise have been highly recognised and their performance
is highly satisfactory. The employers appreciate their contribution to the Industry and look forward to their great
prospect in the future.
